Realtor® | GRI

Ed chose his second career as a real estate agent after the excitement of moving for work every 2-3 years wore thin. Roles with a pioneer in the deregulated electricity market led him from Los Angeles to NYC, Philadelphia and ultimately to Baltimore. Recruitment by a competitor took him away to Washington, DC and to Connecticut. Ed drew the line at Pittsburgh and moved right back to the condo that he had been renting out. Poor timing due to the 2008 housing market collapse and recession meant that no one was hiring, so Ed hired himself! Though few people were buying, Ed knew that more were renting and thus initially focused on condominium rentals. This provided a lucrative niche, an entrée into gaining knowledge of condos and the ability to provide a much needed service to both renters and landlords. Today, Ed is a leading agent in the sale and leasing of Baltimore area condominiums.

Ed relishes being of service to others and is gratified to establish deep roots in one place and develop long standing connections with clients. Ed has sold multiple condo units at the Ritz-Carlton Residences among other high-end properties, but brags often of how he has sold the smallest condominium in Baltimore City!
