Director of Growth & Development
Robin Hess has been licensed in real estate since 2014, but it’s been in her family much longer. She grew up in a brokerage that was started, owned, and run by her mother in Hampton, Virginia. She spent her summers as a teenager answering lead calls and learning office operations.
After majoring in business management and graduating from Cecil College, she elected to earn her real estate license as a natural extension of her affinity for entrepreneurship. She began her career in Pasadena and was eventually recruited by a major brokerage as an agent and employee in late 2015.
Robin has a strong background in many roles in the mortgage industry and real estate, and her skills include selling, office management, and recruiting. Additionally, she has experience as a buyer agent, listing agent, tenant agent, and property manager, and she also has success selling new constructions. However, her passion remains with her residential clients. Robin is committed to helping them build a stable and sustainable financial future through investment in homeownership. Her skill set and dedication make her a strong asset and a valuable resource at 212 Realty.
Robin is a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. She has reciprocity with the Coastal Association of Realtors® and is studying for her Delaware real estate law exam to become licensed in that state. She is also a notary public and a member of the National Association of Notaries.
“Joining 212 Realty will reinforce our success in our current market and support expansion across the Eastern region. My goal is to be an integral part of a successful team that can service Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, D.C., Pennsylvania, and beyond. Providing mentorship to innovative and ambitious agents through strong support and continuing education with the backing of a respected international firm is my number one priority. Our clients deserve the very best for honoring us with their trust.”
Robin owns a home in Oliver Beach and resides in Federal Hill with her 12-year-old daughter. They are active members of their community and involved in their school and parish in Eastern Baltimore County and Locust Point. In their spare time, they also volunteer in many local programs such as the Boys and Girls Club and Moveable Feasts. Robin and her daughter enjoy reading books, traveling, and photography. Robin is also a huge advocate for supporting local business owners.
